Connecting an x20 camera to an x10 NVR including Control4 integration

Article Body: 1. Activate x20 camera by adding camera to OVRC (If needed, verify all users have been added to the x20 camera) This is done most easily by connecting the camera to a local POE switch or injector before connecting the camera to the NVR camera ports. For more information on the activation process see Luma X20 Activation and Default Passwords .

2. Statically assign x20 camera to match the internal network card of the x10 NVR. (The default internal IP range is 192.168.254.2 - 254 with .2 being camera channel 1, gateway and primary DNS address being 192.168.254.1 )
3. Plug x20 camera into POE port of x10 NVR. (Take note which camera is plugged into which port)
4. Manually add x20 camera to x10 NVR in Camera Management page using the ONVIF credentials found in OvrC from step 1 and the IP address you assigned from step 2.

5. Add the SystemConnect user in the x10 NVR (This will be needed for control system RTSP stream integration)

6. Add Luma IP Camera X20 Driver to C4 Project
7. Set the IP address of x10 NVR with the corresponding HTTP port for the camera channel number of the x10 NVR within the driver (65001 = channel 1, 65002 = channel 2 etc.)
8. Set the username and password within the driver, you will use the SystemConnect Password from step 1
